About E2I Lighting Solutions
Since our formation in 2017, E2I Solutions continues to grow and develop the relationships that are significantly instrumental to the success of our thriving organization. After completing the first project in 2018, E2I Solutions has been trusted by a prestigious group of customers, who generally fill the ranks of the NMHC top 25 developers and contractors.
By shifting to a fully focused approach, E2I Solutions is supplying the overall lighting needs of projects ranging from typical garden-variety apartments, high rise residential, and senior living communities. E2I Solutions has quickly ascended to be undoubtedly one of the largest lighting suppliers in the Sunbelt Region. This growth is possible due to our focus on processes coupled with details that allow us to stand out in the market. Our unique logistics approach allows E2I Solutions to execute a best-in-class final mile fulfillment strategy that eliminates errors. Therefore this includes attrition from lost, damaged, and stolen goods. Accountability for product and process elevates the customer experience and the finished product. Since entering the construction industry in 2008 Ben has developed a reputation for continually seeking opportunities to increase value. By approaching situations with a no stone unturned mentality, Ben is often able to find unique products or approaches to set new standards for both quality and cost. With his strong ability to seek and develop meaningful relationships with design professionals, clients and vendors alike, E2I is able to push forward with a precision growth strategy to increase their presence in the often crowded and cumbersome construction industry.

Chase Altemara
Since 2019 Chase has been an Austin, Texas resident by way of Las Vegas, Nevada. Chase joined the E2I Solutions team in 2021 and brings over a decade of experience in customer relationship management and project management. His experience in dealing with complex, fast paced, and demanding customer needs in the fast past trade show industry translates well to the new challenges of the construction world. Chase brings great attention to detail, motivation for driving positive outcomes, and excellent relationship building instincts. Chase is a graduate of the University of Nevada at Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training.
Gabe Buzzelli

Gabe Buzzelli
Gabe Buzzelli comes to the E2I Solutions team with a diverse background in sales including B2B and manufacturer sales. During his career spanning nearly two decades, Gabe has worked in organizations from small startups such as V3 Lighting to Lowes and CarMax. Gabe’s strengths in developing key relationships with all stakeholders help guide the efforts to develop the southeast US region. In his day-to-day capacity as a Sales Executive, Gabe is responsible for developing positive opportunities for engagement with our broad network of developer, contractor, and subcontractor customers. In his free time, you can find Gabe coaching his two boys in baseball and football. You might also find Gabe enjoying the beauty of the Smoky Mountains with his family.
Terri A. Chance
Controller
Terri A. Chance
Bringing with her over twenty years of extensive accounting knowledge and experience, Terri joined the E2I Solutions team in March of 2022 as the Controller. Her duties include the management and oversight of all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory. Her experience with businesses of all size and scale include large alcoholic beverage distributors, video game distributors, and custom barn builders. Terri’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail spreads across every facet of E2I Solution’s daily operations. Terri is a graduate of Jennings A. Jones College of Business at Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
