E2I Solutions was started by the managing principals of Rampart to capitalize on the numerous opportunities to create value in ways unique to the construction materials supply industry. With the initial goal of creating a company to sell and distribute direct ship materials, E2I created an approach that is focused on being lean and agile rather than cumbersome and stiff like the traditional heavy weights of the industry who focus on inventory and buying power associated with the traditional supply chains. The upside down approach of E2I helps to open new opportunities in which we can continually provide new product offerings to our clients, combined with full-service design and fulfillment solutions.
Since entering the construction industry in 2008 Ben has developed a reputation for continually seeking opportunities to increase value. By approaching situations with a no stone unturned mentality Ben is often able to find unique products or approaches to set new standards for both quality and cost. With his strong ability to seek and develop meaningful relationships with design professionals, clients and vendors alike E2I is able to push forward with a precision growth strategy to increase their presence in the often crowded and cumbersome construction industry.
Equipped with over 20 years of industry specific experience and a degree in Interior Design from The University of Texas at Austin, Melinda brings both relative experience and practical understanding of all lighting challenges. As part of E2I Solutions’ commitment to excellent customer service Melinda works with our customers to design and select products that best achieve the performance goals within real world budget constraints. Melinda’s additional professional qualifications include LC certification from NCQLP and award winning designs including the renovation of New Orleans Lakefront Airport terminal.
With a family background deeply rooted in the lighting sales and representation industry, Donnie has long been connected to the customers and markets we serve. After, graduating from The University of Texas at Dallas, Donnie began his career as sales representative for various companies who represented manufacturers of products covering all areas of the electrical trades. Since joining E2I Solutions, Donnie has focused on expanding our reach and impact in key markets, developing strategic relationships to position E2I for continued future growth. Beyond his business impact, Donnie partners with local charities including Carson’s Village and Joey’s Dream Builders to give back to those who need our support.
